1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soldi ("the Service"), including our website, Whop membership, Discord community, tools, bots, and educational content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Soldi is an educational platform that provides access to income-building resources including sports betting strategies, e-commerce blueprints, AI automation tools, affiliate marketing playbooks, automated alert bots, and a private community. Access is granted through a paid membership on the Whop platform.

3. Membership and Pricing

The membership fee is $349.99 (one-time initial fee) plus $19.99 per month for ongoing access.
Payment is processed through Whop. By purchasing, you also agree to Whop's terms of service.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Whop dashboard.
The initial fee of $349.99 is non-refundable after 7 days of purchase.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

4. Affiliate Program

Members may participate in the Soldi affiliate program and earn commissions by referring new members.
Commission rates are set at the discretion of Soldi and are subject to change with notice.
Affiliate commissions are paid through Whop's affiliate payment system with a 30-day waiting period.
Misleading, spammy, or fraudulent promotion methods are prohibited and will result in affiliate termination.

5. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute any paid content, tools, bots, or strategies provided through the Service.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including gambling regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. No Financial Advice

Soldi is an educational platform. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and any losses you may incur. Past results shared by members are not guarantees of future performance.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

Results shown on our website, social media, and within the community are from real members but are not typical. Individual results vary significantly based on effort, skill, market conditions, and many other factors. There is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas provided through Soldi. You accept the risk that earnings and income statements may differ by individual.

8. Gambling Disclaimer

Sports betting involves risk. You can lose money. Soldi provides educational strategies and tools, but does not guarantee winning outcomes. 9. Intellectual Property

10. Termination

Soldi reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms, including but not limited to content redistribution, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior within the community.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soldi, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

Soldi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
